Job description

Key Responsibilities:
As a SAP FICO Consultant , you will play a critical role in system lifecycle management, from implementation to ongoing support. Your responsibilities include:

Leading end-to-end SAP FICO implementations , with a strong focus on Project System (PS) for finance, COPC (Cost Object Controlling), and COPA (Profitability Analysis) .

Configuring and customizing SAP FICO modules, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices.

Managing and integrating FICO with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, and PS .

Preparing functional specifications and conceptual designs to meet business requirements.

Providing Application Management Outsourcing (AMO) services , including customer support, change management, and user training.

Acting as a solution advisor , guiding users in SAP best practices and recommending system enhancements.

Leading change request (CR) requirement definition and ensuring seamless implementation of system modifications.

Ensuring smooth system migration and upgrades , including transition to S/4 HANA (preferred experience).

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance SAP system functionality and optimize business processes.

Delivering comprehensive documentation and conducting training sessions for users.

Key Requirements:

Strong functional expertise in SAP ECC 6.0 FICO , with additional knowledge in SD/MM as a plus.

Hands-on experience in at least 2-3 full-cycle SAP implementations as a Senior Application Consultant.

Proven expertise in SAP Project System (PS) for finance, COPC, and COPA , with the ability to handle complex financial and controlling processes.

Extensive experience in SAP FICO integration with MM/SD/PP/PS and developing interface programs with SAP.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide effective solutions based on business requirements.

Experience in AMO support , including user assistance, change management, and continuous improvement.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills , demonstrating collaboration, innovation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Experience in S/4 HANA migration is a strong plus.

SAP certification in FICO, finance, or accounting is preferred.
