VISEO Asia in Singapore is seeking an SAP FICO consultant to lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, rollouts, enhancements, migrations, and support. You will gather requirements from finance and operations, perform fit-gap analysis, and translate to SAP solutions. Responsibilities include design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support.

Travel may be required. Mandarin skills are advantageous due to regional interactions.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 6-7 years of SAP FICO consulting and application support experience.
• Hands‑on SAP S/4HANA Finance experience is mandatory.
• Experience in at least 3 full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
• Strong GL, AP, AR, Bank Accounting, and Fixed Assets knowledge.
• Willingness to travel overseas when required.

• Participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation, rollout, enhancement, migration, and support projects.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from finance and operational stakeholders.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
• Lead SAP FICO design and configuration activities with primary focus on General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Accounting, and Fixed Assets.
• Prepare business blueprints, functional specifications, process flows, configuration documents, and solution design documents.
• Support and manage SAP project implementation activities, including solution configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Work closely with business users, technical architects, developers, and project teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Lead and support integrations between SAP Finance and other SAP modules, particularly MM and SD.
• Strong involvement in FI-MM integration processes, including procurement, invoice verification, inventory valuation, and financial reconciliation.
• Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution, and data validation activities.
• Prepare training materials, user manuals, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for business users.
• Provide day-to-day SAP application support, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend process improvements.
• Support regional template rollouts, system upgrades, migrations, and third-party system integrations.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6-7 years of SAP FICO consulting and application support experience.
• Hands‑on SAP S/4HANA Finance experience is mandatory.
• SAP Finance Certification is preferred.
• Experience in at least 3 full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
• Strong functional expertise in:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Bank Accounting
• Fixed Assets Accounting (AA)
• Strong experience in SAP FICO configuration, business process design, and solution delivery.
• Experience handling both SAP implementation projects and application support engagements.
• Strong integration experience with SAP MM and SAP SD modules.
• Preference for candidates with stronger FI‑MM integration experience than FI‑SD.
• Experience supporting project design, SIT, UAT, training, cutover, and go‑live activities.
• Experience in SAP upgrades, migrations, regional template rollouts, and third‑party system integrations.
• Strong business process knowledge across Finance and Accounting functions.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and effectively in a client‑facing environment.
• Experience working in multinational or regional project environments is preferred.
• Mandarin communication skills are an advantage due to interactions with regional stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel overseas when required by project needs.
