Job summary

INTELLIDOCX ASIA PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced SAP FI/CO consultant to lead finance configurations for GL, AP, and Controlling. You will translate business requirements into SAP solutions and ensure timely issue resolution.

You will support testing (unit/integration/UAT), maintain specifications, and engage with stakeholders across finance, IT, and vendors. Hybrid client-site work in Singapore is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on SAP FI/CO functional consulting experience.
• Strong focus on AP, GL, and Controlling.
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA; RI SE with SAP advantage.
• Must be based in Singapore with hybrid client-site work.
• Experience with SAP Audit Framework and Data Retention in Finance/Logistics.
• 2-3 projects creating custom data segments for SAP Audit Framework; 4-5 end-to-end implementations.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain SAP FI/CO modules including GL, AP, AR, CCA and PCA with strong AP knowledge.
• Work closely with client finance team to translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve FI/CO issues promptly.
• Support testing and UAT for system changes and enhancements.
• Maintain functional specifications and process guides.
• Liaise with finance users, IT, and vendors for smooth delivery of SAP finance processes.
• Assess and implement change requests and enhancements as required by the business.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Finance & Controlling Configuration: Configure and maintain SAP FI/CO modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cost Centre Accounting (CCA), and Profit Centre Accounting (PCA), strong knowledge in Accounts Payable (AP)
• Business Process Support: Work closely with the client's finance team to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
• Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues across FI/CO modules in a timely manner
• Testing & Validation: Support unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)for any system changes or enhancements
• Documentation: Maintain functional specifications, configuration documentation, and process guides
• Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with finance business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth delivery of SAP finance processes
• Change & Enhancement Support: Assess and implement change requests and system enhancements as required by the business

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience: 8+ years of hands-on SAP FI/CO functional consulting experience, with strong focus on AP,GL, and Controlling
• SAP Environments: Proficiency in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA; experience with RISE with SAP is an advantage
• Technical Skills: Solid understanding of SAP Business Workflows, month-end close processes, and financial reporting
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of core finance and accounting principles
• Location : Based in Singapore; client-site presence required (Hybrid)
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
• Must have experience in SAP Audit Framework and Data Retention Management specificize in Finance and Logistics
• Have worked at least 2-3project with creating custom data segments for SAP Audit Framework
• Must have 4-5 end to end project implementation
• Have experience on APAC and European VAT/GST
• It’s good to have experience on central finance(CFIN), Group Reporting
• Must have experience working in product company in finance area
