SAP FI/CO Consultant

Job Scope:

• Perform tool-based migration and conversion of SAP ERP and S/4HANA systems using SNP CrystalBridge.
• Support the implementation and migration of regional IT applications to ensure business continuity and process efficiency.
• Implement and provide 1st and 2nd level support for SAP ERP 6.0/S-4HANA FI/CO modules, with a focus on country-specific localizations, especially for manufacturing and industry solutions.
• Analyze, design, plan, validate, test, deliver, support, and improve data migrations, processes, and functionalities within the organization, utilizing the latest SAP FI/CO capabilities.
• Evaluate, monitor, and resolve business problems related to SAP processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions that align with agreed expectations.
• Collaborate closely with project implementation teams.
• Develop blueprints, user documentation, and training materials, and provide training sessions as needed.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and stakeholders.
• Build and foster positive relationships with internal colleagues and external customers.

Job Prerequisites:

• Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Information Technology or a related field.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in SAP FI/CO configuration, with at least three full-cycle implementations.
• Participation in at least two support projects within manufacturing or industry solutions.
• Good debugging skills (mandatory).
• Knowledge of integration with other modules such as SD, MM, or PP.
• Knowledge of EDI/ALE, REFX, Business Partner Conversion, and functional/technical differences between SAP ERP and S/4HANA.
• Existing certifications or experience with SNP software tools.
• Proven ability to handle stressful situations and maintain focus on achieving desired outcomes.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
