This role plays a critical part in helping our business partners evolve and adapt to meet consumers" personalized expectations in this new technological era.To succeed in this role, you should have:- Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate)- Expertise in Data Migration- Proficiency in SAP BODS and SAP Migration CockpitKey Responsibilities:- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA data models, tables, and business processes.- Lead end-to-end SAP data migration projects.- Analyze legacy data, establish extraction rules, cleanse, and transform data to adhere to SAP standards.- Load data into S/4HANA using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring completeness and accuracy.- Collaborate with functional teams across modules like OTC, STP, RTR, and QBM to define field-level mapping and transformation logic.- Possess strong knowledge of SAP master data and transaction data (e.g., Material Master, Vendor Master, GL, Customers, Product master, Open PO, Open SO, GL balances, etc.).- Have hands-on experience with at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation or migration to S/4HANA.- Utilize key migration tools and technologies such as SAP BODS, SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW, BAPIs/IDOCs.- Conduct data profiling, validation, reconciliation, and manage error resolution processes.- Develop and troubleshoot load templates for master and transactional data objects.- Support data migration rehearsals, cutover planning, and final data loads during go-live.- Ensure compliance with data governance and quality standards throughout the migration process.Nice-to-have skills:- Basic ABAP debugging skills- Experience mentoring junior team members or coordinating with offshore teams and onshore team.This position is available in Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Indore, and Ahmedabad.
