Job Description:

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced SAP Consultants with expertise in S/4HANA, FICO, ABAP, MM, SD, and Data Migration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP solutions to meet business requirements. The consultant should have a strong understanding of SAP best practices and possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end SAP consulting services, including analysis, design, configuration, testing, and implementation.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.

• Implement and support SAP S/4HANA modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing business processes.

• Develop and enhance ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces as required.

• Manage and execute data migration strategies, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities.

• Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions.

• Support post-implementation activities, including user training and system enhancements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP consulting, with expertise in one or more of the following areas: S/4HANA, FICO, ABAP, MM, SD, and Data Migration.

• Strong technical knowledge of SAP modules and integration points.

• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration projects.

• Proficiency in SAP ABAP programming, including Reports, ALV, SmartForms, and BAPIs.

• Expertise in SAP FICO, MM, and SD modules, including configuration and process optimization.

• Experience in data migration tools such as LSMW, BODS, or SAP Migration Cockpit.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• SAP certification in relevant modules is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in large-scale SAP implementation projects.

• Knowledge of SAP Fiori, UI5, and Workflow.

• Experience in working with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
