About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant (HANA FICO) to join our growing team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing strategic, high-quality and cost-effective SAP solutions to support the company's financial operations. Based in our City Hall office in the Central Region, you will play a crucial part in driving digital transformation and improving business efficiency.

What you'll be doing

• Subject matter expert in SAP S4HANA FICO area with in-depth knowledge of best practices and technological trends

• Develop fit for purpose solutions that align with business operation and enterprise architecture

• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for end-users

• Conducting user acceptance testing and training

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration

• Documenting processes and solutions for knowledge sharing

• Staying up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and best practices

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP Consultant, with a strong focus on HANA and FICO modules

• Proficient in SAP configuration, customization, and troubleshooting

• FICO Lead in at least 3 full cycles SAP implementation projects

• Excellent understanding of financial accounting, controlling, and reporting processes

• Experience in project management and leading cross-functional initiatives

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Finance or a related field

• SAP certifications (HANA, FICO) would be an advantage

• Mandarin proficiency is required to effectively communicate and support stakeholders in the China Market
