Job description

Key Requirements

• Hands-on experience in managing and rolling out ERP solutions, with exposure across finance functions such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivable/Payable, Cash Management, Project Costing, and Procurement.
• Strong foundation in accounting practices, including accruals, amortization, and expense recognition.
• Ability to code and tailor reports to meet end-user or business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive ERP project delivery and implementation, working alongside external vendors/consultants.
• Develop and customise reports and templates as required.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting and support for ERP-related matters.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance efficiency.
• Support the organisation’s IT/network infrastructure.
• Handle renewals and registrations of software licenses, domains, and SSL certificates.
• Provide day-to-day technical and user support
• Be available during project go-lives, including weekends when necessary (overtime allowances will be provided).

Qualifications

1. Degree in Accountancy, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
2. At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
