As the SAP BRIM Function Lead for Convergent Charging, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Convergent Charging processes within SAP BRIM. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of billing solutions and revenue management systems, ensuring the solution meets business needs and adheres to industry best practices.

What will you do?

• Lead the functional design and configuration of SAP Convergent Charging (CC) within SAP BRIM, ensuring the solution supports complex pricing models, rating, and charging scenarios.
• Define and configure charging rules, rate plans, and rating algorithms to align with business requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the integration of Convergent Charging with other SAP BRIM components (e.g., Convergent Invoicing, Subscription Order Management) and external systems.
• Analyse business requirements and map them to SAP Convergent Charging capabilities. Identify gaps in the current setup and recommend solutions, enhancements, or workarounds to ensure efficient billing processes and continuously optimize charging processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability, keeping in mind evolving business needs.
• Work closely with business users, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather functional requirements and ensure alignment with SAP Convergent Charging.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Provide guidance to business teams on best practices for revenue and pricing models within SAP Convergent Charging.
• Ensure that Convergent Charging integrates seamlessly with other SAP modules, such as FI-CA (Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable) and other external systems.

The ideal candidate should be / possess:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in multiple SAP implementation and support projects is required.
• Designing and configuration of end-to-end convergent charging processes with Integration of SAP Convergent Invoicing, Convergent Mediation, and SOM.
• Exposure to highly customized and complex billing solutions.
• Designing and configuration of Charge plans, charges, refill plans, refill logic, translation tables, pricing macros, etc.
• Possess solid understanding of Java APIs and SOAP Web services.
• Hands-on in designing Rating Process, Charging Process, Refilling and Rerating, Session Rating.
• Exposure to Health Care Sector (added advantage).
