Job description

Define, design, build, and oversee the implementation and rollout of ERP functional solutions based on SAP S/4HANA for SAP FICO.

Develop new features according to business requirements and create documentation, including configuration guides, functional specifications, support test planning, and execution.

Define and contribute to the development of interfaces between SAP and other systems.

Act as the deployment focal point for assigned data objects in scope for migration.

Interact with local Business Data Owners (BDOs), deployment Functional Process Experts, ETL Team, Legacy teams, etc.

Analyze defects and issues from readiness reports and manage data deviations working with relevant stakeholders until resolution.

Collaborate with program and business teams to ensure continuous business and IT alignment.

Work closely with functional and IT teams such as Solution Architects, Master Data, Process SME, Business SME, and users.

Coordinate with regional deployment leads to ensure effective project governance, management, and timely reporting of progress according to the program plan and milestones.

Ensure smooth handover of the solution and systems to support and operations teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree (Computer Sciences, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or Finance & Accounting) or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of SAP FICO experience.
• Proficient in English (speaking & writing) with experience in a multinational environment.
• Good understanding of requirements, data, usability, and process analysis tools, principles, concepts, and techniques.
• Deep knowledge of Finance, Controlling, and Cost Reporting business processes, with an understanding of cross-functional and integration process flows, data, and dependencies.
• In-depth understanding of the architectural framework for the Finance domain and connected portfolios/interfaces.
• Knowledge of SolMan ALM methodologies.
• Ability to influence up to Directors in business and IT groups.
• Strong conceptual skills for understanding complex problems and presenting ideas simply.
• Excellent communication and business partnering skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and conduct rapid prototyping to refine requirements.
• Experience working in an agile environment, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Experience in the Pharmaceuticals industry and processes is advantageous.
