Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled SAP ABAP Consultant to analyze business requirements and implement SAP-based solutions for production applications.

Mandatory Skill-set:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering;
• Must have at least 3 years of experience working with SAP, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in SAP ABAP/4 Programming with SAP development tools;
• Participated in at least two full life-cycle SAP ERP implementations (either S/4 HANA or ECC) and at least one roll-out/support project;
• Must have sound working experience in SAP application development and implementation;
• Working hands-on experience in customizing at least one SAP module, such as PP/APO, PLM, QM, or BW;
• Good experience in ABAP Object Oriented Programming (OOP) Model;
• Must have experience in technical documentation and coordinating application enhancements;
• Experienced in coordinating with third-party vendors and support partners on SAP development initiatives;
• Strong in verbal and written communications, analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to details.

Desired Skill-set:

• SAP ABAP Workbench.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver SAP solutions through module customization or ABAP programming;
• Gather and assess business needs, then convert them into clear technical specifications;
• Prepare documentation for functional and technical requirements, and manage system upgrades or improvements;
• Lead cross-functional projects focused on boosting efficiency, minimizing errors;
• Manage and coordinate external vendors or support teams to ensure timely solution delivery;
• Work closely with IT teams to maintain high system uptime, performance, and reliability.
