The Quality Control (QC) function ensures the laboratory operates safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with site and corporate guidelines. The team conducts the analysis of product, raw material, and water samples, ensuring the laboratory delivers right first time and on-time testing to support manufacturing & supply deliverables. With a focus on good manufacturing and laboratory practices, proper documentation, and data integrity, QC plays a key role in maintaining product quality and consistency.

Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for QC testing of raw material samples including compendial tests and identification tests.
  • Participate in method validation/verification for raw material testing.
  • Perform QC sampling of incoming raw materials.
  • Support laboratory start-up activities, participating in equipment qualification activities including generation of user requirement specifications.
  • Support laboratory activities such as aseptic aliquoting of samples, housekeeping, and equipment maintenance.

About you

Education:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Science, Bioengineering, or Chemical Engineering.

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written) with the ability to collaborate across teams and cultures.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently.
