The Quality Control (QC) function ensures the laboratory operates safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with site and corporate guidelines. The team conducts the analysis of product, raw material, and water samples, ensuring the laboratory delivers right-first-time and on-time testing to support manufacturing & supply deliverables. With a focus on good manufacturing and laboratory practices, proper documentation, and data integrity, QC plays a key role in maintaining product quality and consistency.

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for QC analytical/biochemistry tests for product samples including chromatography and capillary-electrophoresis.
• Responsible for water testing such as total organic carbon, pH, and conductivity tests.
• Handle the preparation of buffers needed for the analytical tests.
• Support reagent qualification/re-qualification activities.
• Support method transfer, method validation, and method verification activities.
• Support laboratory activities such as housekeeping and equipment maintenance.

About you

Education:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Science, Bioengineering, or Chemical Engineering.

Skills:

• Strong communication skills (both oral and written) with the ability to collaborate across teams and cultures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently.
