Responsibilities

• Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive retail product sales, promote high-value salon services, and set team sales targets.
• Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule stylists and front-desk personnel.
• Customer Service: Handle client inquiries, build loyalty programs, and resolve customer complaints.
• Inventory Control: Monitor retail and back-bar stock levels, place vendor orders, and audit supplies.
• Administrative Operations: Oversee POS (Point of Sale) transactions, daily cash flow, and health/safety compliance
