Vintage Sapphire Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Salon Manager to oversee operations, profitability, and service standards. The role requires strong leadership and hands-on hair care skills to ensure exceptional client experiences.

The successful candidate will evaluate performance, train staff, drive sales, and implement improvements while maintaining high housekeeping standards. A minimum of 5 years in hair with 2 in management is required.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of relevant hair experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the overall management and profitability of the assigned outlet.
• Evaluate outlet operations and establish action plans for continuous improvement.
• Oversee and assist in operational matters.
• Perform advanced hair cutting and hair coloring such as highlights, ombre, and balayage.
• Style hair, including blowouts, curls, braids, ponytails, and updos.
• Upsell clients on products and services.
• Lead team with exceptional customer service.
• Train a highly effective team committed to achieving set targets.
• Develop staff into service professionals and groom high potentials to leadership roles.
• Ensure good housekeeping is maintained at all times.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by Management.
