Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant hair experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Manage outlet profitability and overall operations.
• Evaluate outlet operations and establish action plans for continuous improvement.
• Oversee and assist in operational matters.
• Perform advanced hair cutting and coloring (highlights, ombre, balayage).
• Style hair (blowouts, curls, braids, updos).
• Upsell clients on products and services.
• Lead team with exceptional customer service.
• Train a highly effective team to meet targets.
• Develop staff into service professionals and grooming leaders.
• Ensure good housekeeping practices at all times.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Management.
