Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management:Overseeing daily salon operations, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and ensuring smooth workflow.
• Staff Management:Recruiting, training, and supervising salon staff, including stylists and support staff.
• Customer Service:Ensuring exceptional customer service, handling feedback and complaints, and implementing service recovery procedures.
• Sales and Marketing:Promoting salon services, packages, and retail products to achieve sales targets.
• Financial Management:Managing salon finances, including tracking sales, expenses, and inventory.
• Maintaining Standards:Ensuring salon cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to health and safety standards.
• Client Relations:Building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing advice on hair care and styling, and resolving any issues or complaints.
• Training and Development:Providing in-salon training to stylists, ensuring consistent service standards, and identifying opportunities for staff development.
