Job summary

Glam Salon in Jurong West seeks a Salon Manager to lead daily operations and an in-house team of consultants and therapists. You will drive sales, coach staff, and promote beauty packages while maintaining an excellent client experience.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of relevant experience, strong leadership, and a results-driven attitude. Diploma in Business Admin/ Hospitality preferred. Full-time, retail hours, Singapore-based role.

Job Key Responsibilities：

• Managing the day to day Operations of the designated outlet assigned.
• Lead / Manage a team of Consultants and Therapists.
• Motivate and coach staff for better performance
• Drive Sales into the outlet through Marketing Support.
• Promote treatments and packages to Customers.
• Maintain the outlet overall presentation and responsible for the outlet Sales and Revenue
• Lead the Outlet Team in achieving Outlet Sales Target and productivity

Job Objectives:

• Lead and work with all outlets to ensure that all parts of the business run efficiently and effectively
• Execute different business strategies to support company growth
• Oversee employee performance and development

Requirements:

• Personal monthly sales achievement and results driven attitude.
• Diploma in Business Administration / Hospitality and Tourism or equivalent certification.
• At least 8-10 years above relevant working experience, prefer managerial staff specialize in Retail Sales or Service Industry experience.
• Results and service oriented.
