Salon Management Executive

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Salon Management Executive to join our team. This role requires not only excellent hairdressing skills but also strong business acumen. The candidate will be entrusted with both operational and managerial responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise daily salon operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and staff performance.
• Achieve a personal sales target of S$15,000 per month through services and retail upselling.
• Handle basic accounting and financial reporting, including daily cash flow, staff commission tracking, and monthly performance summaries.
• Manage stock inventory, place product orders, and ensure proper stock level and control.
• Assist in staff training, recruitment, and team development.
• Support salon marketing activities and client retention strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of salon experience, including team leadership roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or accounting software is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle both operations and clients.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin, due to the nature of our client base and internal team communication.
