Beauty Salon Customer Service / Receptionist

Working Hours

• 5.5 days work week

• Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries promptly via phone, WhatsApp, and other channels

• Schedule and manage client appointments, and make adjustments when needed

• Assist in checking and recording inventory levels, and report any shortages in time

• Maintain accurate client records, including contact details and appointment history

• Communicate with salon staff to ensure smooth daily operations

• Perform other duties as assigned by the management

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred

• Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with common office software

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work on a roster basis
