A beauty salon in Singapore is looking for a Customer Service/Receptionist to manage client inquiries, schedule appointments, and assist in daily operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer service, possess good communication skills, and be detail-oriented. This role offers a full-time schedule with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, along with a 5.5-day work week.

Key Responsibilities
• Answer customer inquiries promptly via phone, WhatsApp, and other channels
• Schedule and manage client appointments, and make adjustments when needed
• Assist in checking and recording inventory levels, and report any shortages in time
• Maintain accurate client records, including contact details and appointment history
• Communicate with salon staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management
Requirements
• Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
• Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with common office software
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work on a roster basis
