EXPERT BEAUTE (PL) PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites a Branch Manager to lead the Westgate outlet at Jurong East MRT. You will oversee daily operations, supervise front desk and service teams, and drive sales while maintaining service standards.

This full-time role requires at least 3 years in beauty/retail with supervisory experience; BeauteSoft familiarity is a plus. Competitive SGD 5,000 base with performance-based incentives and potential total earnings up to SGD 10,000 monthly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in beauty, wellness or retail with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication and team management skills.
• Sales-driven, responsible and able to manage outlet targets independently.
• Familiar with salon operations, customer service handling and staff coordination.
• Experience in BeauteSoft will be an advantage.
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Mature, organised and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Outlet Operations & Team Management: oversee daily operations, lead and motivate front desk and service team, manage scheduling and performance, ensure service standards and presentation.
• Sales & Business Performance: drive outlet sales, monitor targets, promote services, packages and retail products, improve productivity and conversion rate.
• Customer Service & Client Relationship: handle feedback, ensure positive customer experience from enquiry to completion, maintain relationships and VIP handling.
• Administration & System Control: prepare reports, ensure proper use of BeauteSoft for appointments, billing and data accuracy.
