Job Description

We invite highly motivated, dynamic professionals to join our growing Customer practice. Successful candidates will play a significant role in client engagements spanning customer strategy, experience design, service and sales transformation, and operational improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance on technical aspects of Salesforce implementation, leveraging deep understanding of platform capabilities and limitations for Pre-Sales and Project Delivery
  • Analyze business requirements and recommend solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and compliance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts and project managers, to ensure solutions meet objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements, facilitating effective communication between stakeholders and technical teams
  • Offer strategic direction and thought leadership on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance Salesforce implementation and business value
  • Design overall Salesforce architecture, including data model, security, and integration strategies, aligned with business goals
  • Lead technical discussions, guide development teams, and foster technical excellence
  • Gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring technical solutions meet functional and non-functional needs and align with enterprise roadmaps
Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience delivering Salesforce projects
  • Extensive experience in Salesforce architecture and design
  • Strong knowledge of integration patterns and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience in the public sector and real estate industry is advantageous
  • Implementation of complex projects in Singapore or ASEAN countries
  • Proficiency in multiple CRM applications
  • Ability to translate requirements into design and manage implementation
  • Strong project management, communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to assess practical aspects of business operations
