About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Specialist with a strong background in the Financial Services Industry (FSI) to join our client's growing digital transformation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the success of Salesforce as a strategic platform and leading the integration of Salesforce with various internal platform and systems. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless data flow and platform scalability to support business needs across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the Salesforce platform architecture and integration roadmap.
  • Lead end-to-end integration initiatives, including APIs, middleware, and data pipelines between Salesforce and enterprise systems (e.g., core banking, insurance platforms, CRM, analytics tools).
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and vendors to align platform capabilities with evolving FSI business requirements.
  • Ensure data consistency, integrity, and security across all Salesforce-related touchpoints.
  • Develop and enforce Salesforce best practices, governance, and change control processes.
  • Drive platform enhancements and continuous improvements to support customer-facing and internal operational teams.
  • Support incident resolution and performance tuning for Salesforce integrations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce
  • Proven track record of delivering against complex integration projects
  • Strong understanding of FSI business processes, regulatory considerations, and customer engagement flows.
  • Experience with Salesforce platform management, including configuration, workflows, security models, and deployment processes.
