About the Role
As a Senior Manager, you’ll partner with enterprise clients to lead Salesforce-driven CRM and digital transformation programs. You’ll guide cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize technology solutions that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations and transformations—from discovery and business case to deployment and adoption.
- Manage consulting engagements, overseeing project scope, budget, timeline, quality control, and risk mitigation in alignment with PwC’s Advisory delivery model.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (C‑Suite, IT, operations, marketing, sales) to define CX strategies, digital roadmaps, and future‑state processes.
- Apply agile methods and business analysis techniques to capture requirements, map processes, and deliver user stories.
- Architect scalable solutions leveraging Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Platform App Builder, and integrations.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants and analysts, fostering their technical, functional, and leadership development.
- Ensure delivery of high‑quality artifacts—functional designs, solution blueprints, test scenarios, training materials, etc.
- Drive thought leadership through speaking engagements, internal knowledge sharing, and contributing to firm‑wide accelerators and assets.
About You
- 10 years of consulting or professional services experience, including 3+ years in Salesforce leadership roles.
- Background in Financial Services, Consumer, Insurance, or Energy verticals.
- Ability to manage client relations, drive sales opportunities, and co‑author proposals.
- Experience designing connected systems (Salesforce integrations with external systems, middleware, APIs).
- Proven project delivery experience leading CRM or digital transformation engagements within consulting or professional services.
- Strong business analysis and stakeholder engagement skills—capable of translating complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and change management.
- Excellent communication skills, including strategic storytelling, executive presence, and training ability.
- Track record of leading and mentoring teams and cultivating high‑performing capabilities.
- Certifications like Salesforce Business Analyst, Marketing Cloud Consultant, or advanced Salesforce Architect certifications are a plus.
