In this role at Zimmer Biomet, you will be the go-to expert for customizing and maintaining our ZB SFDC platform, built entirely on the Force.com framework. Your primary responsibility will be to support users across the APAC region in getting the most out of the platform.

Your Impact:

1. Configure platform setup by managing roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, multi-currency/language settings, and Single Sign-On.
2. Design and optimize custom objects and fields to meet the unique business needs.
3. Ensure data integrity through deduplication, import/export processes, and data hygiene initiatives.
4. Support user success by developing training materials, updating documentation, resolving tickets via ServiceNow, and maintaining the SFDC knowledge base.
5. Manage sandbox refreshes, deployments, and pre-update testing to facilitate seamless upgrades.
6. Work proficiently in both Classic and Lightning UI, including building Lightning Web Components.
7. Utilize Process Builder and Flows to automate processes and translate requirements into declarative solutions like Flows and Approval Processes.
8. Generate advanced reports, dashboards, joined reports, and set up report subscriptions to provide stakeholders with actionable insights.

Desired Skills:

• Basic understanding of Apex concepts
• Experience with Service Cloud and Agent Force
• Background in a large, global corporate environment
