Job description

    Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Lead with in-depth expertise in Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Billing. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, drive solutions, and lead Salesforce implementation projects.Location: RemoteExperience Level: 5+ yearsKey Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce CPQ & Billing solutions. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. Manage Salesforce configuration, customization, and integrations with other enterprise applications. Provide hands-on leadership in CPQ product setup, pricing rules, discount structures, approvals, and quote lifecycle management. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to CPQ and Billing functionality. Ensure best practices and governance standards are followed for Salesforce development and deployment. Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and IT to optimize Salesforce processes.Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ & Billing. Strong understanding of CPQ product catalog, pricing models, discounting, approval processes, and contract lifecycle management. Proficiency in Salesforce Administration, Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and SOQL. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex configurations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with business users and technical teams.
