ESPIRE INFOLABS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Engineer to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs. You will work closely with functional teams and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure implementations.

The role emphasizes Apex, LWC, SOQL, and integrations, with exposure to deployment processes and DevOps practices. A strong foundation in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Salesforce Cloud products is essential.

Qualifications

3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong experience with: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL.
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and Salesforce APIs.
Familiarity with Salesforce Flows, triggers, and deployment processes.
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Git and Salesforce CLI preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, customise, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions.
Develop custom applications and functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL.
Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and automation.
Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Scheduled Jobs.
Build responsive user interfaces using Lightning Experience and LWC.
Integrate Salesforce with external applications and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Work closely with Salesforce Administrators, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and business users.
Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce application, integration, and performance issues.
Perform unit testing, system testing, UAT, and production deployment.
Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, security guidelines, and governance.
Manage deployments using Change Sets, Salesforce CLI, or DevOps tools.
Prepare technical documentation and maintain solution specifications.
Provide post-production support and continuously improve existing Salesforce solutions.
Stay updated with new Salesforce releases, features, and development practices.
