Overview

We are hiring several Salesforce Developers (from Junior to Senior level) to join a growing team delivering Salesforce-based solutions, with a focus on Salesforce Industries (Public Sector Solutions) and Omnistudio. You will help design, configure, and support Salesforce-based packaged or SaaS applications, ensuring system stability, scalability, and alignment with business requirements. This is a great opportunity for developers who want to deepen their skills in Omnistudio and Salesforce Industries while working on impactful, enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and configure Salesforce applications to meet business process and application requirements.
• Develop and enhance system functionality through configurations and, where required, Apex / Visualforce customisations.
• Use Salesforce Omnistudio components (Omniscripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors) to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Configure and support packaged / SaaS applications, manage releases, and maintain system stability.
• Perform technical analysis and contribute to the design and configuration of system integrations and customisations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and implement enhancements.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure high reliability and performance.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and support to team members and stakeholders on Salesforce features and best practices.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve system performance and team effectiveness.

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Hands‑on experience in Salesforce development and configuration.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Omnistudio (Omniscripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors) is highly preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce Industries / Public Sector Solutions (PSS) is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of Packaged Development Estimating, Packaged Application Integration, and Software Platforms is beneficial.
