Job Description & Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client workshops and planning sessions to gather requirements and align campaign goals
- Design and configure customer journeys using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio
- Implement personalization strategies using Ampscript, SQL, and audience segmentation
- Oversee UAT, performance tracking, and client training to ensure successful campaign execution
- Support pre-sales efforts including effort estimation, demo creation, and solution design
Key Requirements
- At least 5 years of Salesforce consulting experience, with focus on Marketing Cloud
- Proficient in: Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Automation Studio, Ampscript for content personalization, SQL for complex segmentation logic
- Experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components for advanced cross-cloud customizations
- Familiar with Salesforce Data Extensions and integration patterns
- Exposure to other Salesforce modules (e.g. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, FSC, etc.)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, GDPR, and compliance frameworks
- Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and client management skills
