Key Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops and planning sessions to gather requirements and align campaign goals
• Design and configure customer journeys using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio
• Implement personalization strategies using Ampscript, SQL, and audience segmentation
• Oversee UAT, performance tracking, and client training to ensure successful campaign execution
• Support pre-sales efforts including effort estimation, demo creation, and solution design

Key Requirements

• At least 5 years of Salesforce consulting experience, with focus on Marketing Cloud
• Proficient in: Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Automation Studio, Ampscript for content personalization, SQL for complex segmentation logic
• Experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components for advanced cross-cloud customizations
• Familiar with Salesforce Data Extensions and integration patterns
• Exposure to other Salesforce modules (e.g. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, FSC, etc.)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, GDPR, and compliance frameworks
• Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and client management skills
