In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, admins, and fellow developers to transform business needs into scalable and visually compelling community solutions. Your expertise in Salesforce development, UX principles, and web technologies will be key to delivering seamless experiences for customers, partners, and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Salesforce Experience Cloud sites tailored to business and user needs

• Customize site branding, styling, and UI for a consistent and engaging user experience

• Build custom Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, and Apex classes to extend functionality

• Configure key Experience Cloud features such as topics, knowledge base, case management, and collaboration tools

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions

• Ensure best practices in Salesforce development and user experience design

Requirements:

• 4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud

• Proven experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) development

• Proficient in LWC, Aura Components, Apex, SOQL/SOSL

• Strong front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and understanding of responsive design

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
