Responsibilities:
- Understand customer Salesforce architectural requirements and should be able to develop technical solution and recommend the same effectively
- Responsible for application design, solution and development using Salesforce clouds and platform offerings
- Prepare technical solution for customer proposals against RFP’s/RFI’s
- Participate in due diligence meetings with customer to gather more information on proposal
- Understanding of Salesforce offerings to position them in relevant solution proposal
- Interacting with the customers for proposal walkthrough, Q&A discussions, visits
- The candidate must keep themselves up-to-date with latest Salesforce product offerings
- Working closely with internal teams and client partners to develop an appropriate customer experience
- Should be willing to travel to perform the required functions
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Around 9 to 12 years of strong IT experience in architecting complex solutions for Salesforce products
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce product suite and AppExchange products
- Strong experience with configuration, customization, programming with Lightening classes, lightening & apex Webservices, APIs, Lightning Aura / Lightning Web components
- Understanding of various third-party integration methodologies supported by Salesforce
- Excellent understanding of overall Project Life Cycle (analysis, delivery, testing, quality, deployment etc)
- Thorough understanding of development methodologies like Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid
- Well versed with Salesforce data model and technical architecture.
- Salesforce certifications such as Certified Application Architect, Data Cloud are highly desirable.
