About the Role:

As a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering end-to-end marketing automation solutions across diverse industries. You’ll be working closely with customers to execute impactful marketing campaigns, configure Marketing Cloud solutions, and leverage the power of Salesforce’s marketing suite to drive tangible results. You’ll work with project management and solution engineering support to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality marketing automation projects.

This role is a great opportunity for someone with a solid marketing automation background, specifically in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, to take their skills to the next level and make an immediate impact. You’ll have the opportunity to upskill across other Salesforce marketing tools and become a true MarTech specialist.

Job Scope:

• Lead full-cycle Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations, from requirements gathering to go-live.
• Configure solutions using Marketing Cloud Personalization, Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Advertising Studio to create personalized customer journeys.
• Execute mobile-responsive email & landing page designs and optimize for cross-channel experiences.
• Use AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL to customize and enhance customer journeys.
• Collaborate with clients to define campaign strategies and translate business needs into actionable marketing automation solutions.
• Provide training and workshops for clients to ensure successful system adoption and campaign execution.
• Conduct ongoing support and continuous optimization of Marketing Cloud solutions to enhance ROI and marketing effectiveness.
• Engage with clients to build long-term relationships and offer valuable insights on marketing automation best practices.
• Collaborate with the technical team to integrate Marketing Cloud with other Salesforce products and third-party systems via API (REST, SOAP).

What We’re Looking For:

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Experience: At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience working on Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects, with proficiency in Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
• Additional Skills: Experience with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), Data Cloud, and other Salesforce products is a huge plus.
• Technical Expertise: Strong skills in HTML, CSS, AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, and JavaScript for customizing campaigns and building dynamic, responsive marketing assets.
• Marketing Focus: A solid understanding of Marketing Cloud Personalization, Marketing Cloud Intelligence, and customer journey mapping.
• Certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Engagement) are highly preferred.
• Education: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (5+ years of relevant experience can substitute for a formal qualification).
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (both written and spoken), with excellent communication skills to engage with clients across diverse regions.
