    As a Salesforce Communication Cloud Specialist, you will be responsible for utilizing your strong experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud (formerly Vlocity) and its components, including OmniStudio, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Vlocity CPQ, and Product Catalog. Your expertise in the Salesforce CRM platform, including Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, and LWC will be crucial for successfully integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs, REST/SOAP, and middleware.To excel in this role, you should have a solid understanding of telecom product offerings such as mobile, broadband, IPTV, and VoIP services. Your familiarity with telecom-specific processes like service delivery, billing, provisioning, and customer care will enable you to deliver efficient solutions.Your problem-solving and analytical skills will be key in analyzing business requirements and designing scalable, integrated solutions. You should possess strong troubleshooting abilities to address issues related to order processing, fulfillment, and service activation effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
