Position Title: Salesforce Administrator
Location: Delhi - HO
Reporting To: Vice President - Operations
About the Role
This is a full-time on-site position for a Salesforce Administrator in New Delhi. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our corporate operations team with a minimum of 2+ years of Salesforce experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Salesforce Administration & System Management: Oversee daily administration for 100+ users, manage support requests, configure Salesforce components, and ensure data security.
- User Support: Serve as primary contact for Salesforce inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and support marketing with lead uploads.
- Troubleshooting & Debugging: Identify system issues, resolve problems, and maintain data integrity.
- Reports & Dashboards: Generate and update reports and dashboards for management, monitor sales metrics, and ensure data accuracy.
- User Training: Conduct UAT, develop training materials, and support end-users to optimize Salesforce usage.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with leadership to enhance processes, stay updated with Salesforce features, and act as the point of contact for Salesforce-related activities.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
- 2+ years of Salesforce experience with strong administration skills.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (preferred) or other Salesforce certifications.
- Knowledge of sales processes, lead management, opportunities, quotations, and sales order management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and training skills.
