Overview

Sales / Wellness Supervisor

Working Days: 5 days (need work on weekends/ Public Holidays)

Location: Ang Mo Kio Hub // NEX // Plaza Sing

Salary: $2500-$3500

Others: Attendance Allowance + Sales Incentive + Quarterly/Annual Incentives

Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in the health and wellness industry/ retail sales or high-end/luxury product sales
  • Possess N-level/ O-level
  • Able to work under task-oriented management and handle work pressure effectively.

Job Scope
  1. Store Operations: Responsible for the daily operations of the retail store, including but not limited to product sales, customer service, product display, stocktaking, and administrative record-keeping;
  2. Sales Targets: Achieve personal and team sales targets on a yearly, quarterly, and monthly basis as planned by the company;
  3. Product Sales: Carry out daily retail sales, introduce and promote products to customers, and provide basic health advice;
  4. Customer Outreach: Use various methods such as in-store sales, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online marketing to reach out to and maintain both new and existing customers;
  5. Customer Service: Build and maintain customer management systems, improve customer satisfaction, and develop long-term clients.
  6. Additional Responsibilities:
    • Provide product recommendations to customers
    • Assist new team members in improving their sales and customer service skills
    • Contribute to identifying new market channels, planning sales campaigns, increasing sales revenue, improving customer retention
