We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Training & Performance Manager to lead the full spectrum of sales training and development initiatives. This role is critical in shaping a high-performing sales force through structured onboarding, continuous learning, performance monitoring, and targeted coaching.
You will operate across various showroom locations including Suntec, Zhongshan, and upcoming outlets at Waterway Point, Centrepoint, and IMM, ensuring sales consultants are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to excel.
Develop and execute onboarding programs for new sales consultants.
Conduct regular in-person and digital workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance understanding.
Continuously update training content in alignment with new product features, retail innovations, and market trends.
Implement assessments, quizzes, and practical evaluations to gauge sales competency.
Identify consultants needing support and implement structured improvement plans.
Deliver one-on-one or group coaching sessions focused on performance enhancement.
Collaborate with Sales Management and CSO to ensure training supports business goals and sales campaigns.
Conduct job shadowing, mystery shopping, and call reviews to uphold service standards and training quality.
Maintain accurate training schedules, feedback records, and development tracking logs.
Monitor and analyze competitor strategies and industry developments.
Work with marketing and product teams to convert product updates into engaging and digestible training content.
At least 5 years of experience in automotive sales or sales training.
Proven track record in developing and delivering effective training programs.
Deep understanding of dealership operations and the customer buying journey.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills.
Able to travel across showroom locations as needed.
SINGAPOREANS ONLY
Certification in Sales Training, Learning & Development, or Automotive Retail.
Experience with digital learning platforms or CRM-based training tools.
This strategic role offers strong potential for advancement into positions such as Head of Sales Development or Regional Training Lead, aligned with our expansion plans.
