About the role
AsSales Training Manager, Asia Cluster, you will lead a team of 3 FTE. This role is pivotal in building retail sales capabilities in the cluster, working closely with local stakeholders, as well as the Global Training Team in Copenhagen, bridging the gap between regional and global.
In this role, you will be responsible for empowering our store managers and distributors/partners to possess superior selling skills and harness the power of storytelling to create an enduring and emotional connection to our brand, supporting our purpose to “Give a voice to people’s loves”. Empowering our teams and providing them with the right methods and tools will drive tangible commercial results.
