Job Summary
We are hiring a Sales Technician Lead who combines sales and technical expertise to assist customers with our products and services, including providing support before, during, and after a sale. This position is required to help customers identify needs, demonstrate products, handle installations, and troubleshoot issues. This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction and successful product adoption.
Key Accountabilities
Customer Needs Assessment: Identifying customer requirements and recommending suitable products and services.
Product Demonstration: Showcasing product features and benefits to potential customers.
Technical Support: Providing on-site and remote technical assistance to resolve customer issues and ensure proper product usage.
Sales Support: Collaborating with the sales team to close deals.
Training: Educating customers on the proper use and maintenance of products.
Maintaining Customer Relationships: Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers through excellent service and support.
Reporting and Documentation: Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and sales activities.
Minimum Knowledge, Experience and Skills required for the position:
Education: Diploma in health, medical sciences or related
Previous work experience in medical devices business is valued (in the same clinical area and same commercial area would be a plus).
Demonstrated experience and a track record of successful product adoption.
Effective communication with customers, colleagues and other stakeholders.
Computer skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
