A leading company in the electroplating industry is seeking a dedicated individual to manage customer relations and provide technical support. The role requires maintaining existing relationships, reporting to management, and some on-site work related to installations. Candidates with a diploma in relevant fields are encouraged to apply, especially those with a passion for electroplating.
Job Scope:
Maintaining well business relationship with existing customer
Locates new and potential customer
Dealing with in-coming inquiries within your territory by providing process flow, TDS, SDS,
quotation and other related documents.
You will be reporting to our AGM and providing support to our Japanese AGM when there is
a language barrier
Calculation skill is needed to calculate running cost, profit margin.
Report the status of your customer to our management regularly.
Some technical would be required (On job training will be provided), you are expected to
help customer solve their technical issue or provide adequate technical explanation.
On site work is required such as simple machine installation/ maintenance. Monitoring
complicated machine installation (perform by engineer) and report the status to customer
and our management.
Frequent travelling is required (ASIA).
Any other ad hoc duties assigned by your superior.
Overtime is not often, but might be required if customer request.
Self-organised and have responsibility for the business inquiries from your region.
Well planning and time management. Sort out the priorities of your task.
Job Requirements:
Minimum diploma in chemistry related/ electronics and electrical engineering/ business
Passionate in electroplating industries and willingness to learn
Possess a valid driving license is preferred
MS word/excel/power point is a must, especially excel
Proficiency in multiple language is preferred
Candidates without experience are welcome to apply
Having background of printed circuit board is preferred
