Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data and team performance metrics to assess effectiveness, provide actionable insights, and implement improvements. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and other internal teams to ensure alignment in sales strategies and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Market Analysis & Competitor Insight: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to adjust strategies and stay ahead of the curve. Problem Solving & Escalation Management: Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining the highest level of service and professionalism.Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales. Experience in the travel industry is highly desirable, though not a requirement. Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies that result in achieving or exceeding targets.
