The Sales Support Specialist (Semiconductor) is a customer-facing role that works closely with our Asia Sales organisation to manage and support secured business opportunities. This position takes ownership of the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash process, ensuring smooth order management while maintaining the company's financial integrity and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service and ensure operational excellence throughout the order lifecycle.
Reporting to the Manager
【Responsibilities】
-Prepare formal quotations and order acceptances, ensuring alignment with internal policies, compliance guidelines, and audit controls.
- Provide consultative support to the Sales team on deal structures, contract terms, and escalate issues to relevant business partners for resolution as needed.
- Oversee the full customer order lifecycle – from quote, build, and shipment, to invoicing – coordinating with stakeholders such as customers, Sales, factories, logistics partners, forwarders, Finance, and Legal.
- Monitor and manage shipment backlogs to support revenue goals, proactively identifying risks to order fulfilment or revenue recognition for management review.
- Handle revenue and accounts receivable (AR) activities, including Letter of Credit operations, in accordance with IFRS15 revenue recognition standards.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives and support ad-hoc projects or high-volume periods as a collaborative and adaptable team member.

【Requirements & Preferences】
(Must)
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or similar
- At least 5 years of experience in sales administration with hands-on experience in Letter of Credit operations and AR
- 3 years of current or recent experience working in the Semiconductor industry
- Highly proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.)
- Experience in Oracle R12 system (order management)
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin(written and spoken) to support English and Mandarin speaking counterparts and customers
- Willingness to support global business needs during certain Singapore public holidays and weekends, with a paid day off provided in lieu.
