Job Description

This dual focused role supports both regulatory function and the commercial team, ensuring seamless product registration and optimal support for sales operations. This is an opportunity to work across regulatory and sales function to impact sales operations and grow professionally.

Regulatory Affairs Support

Assist in preparing, compiling and submitting product registrations and license renewals to local regulatory authorities

Maintain up to date regulatory documentation and records and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Coordinate with suppliers for regulatory documentation as needed.

Support customer and internal audits as well as support ISO documentation.

Sales Support

Work closely with the sales team to prepare tender submissions and customer documentations.

Manage CRM reports and provide support on data analysis for forecasting and other sales reports as needed.

Coordinate marketing events and activities with marketing team.

Key Requirements

Bachelor or diploma in Life Science, Business, Engineering and other related field.

Min 3 years experience in the life science, medical device, or biotech industry in Singapore.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage cross functionally with different stakeholders and customers.

Team -oriented, proactive, solutions driven and strong learning agility.

Strong analytical and excel skills, familiarity with SFDC and SAP systems would be preferred.
