• Coordinate and make bookings with airlines in a timely and efficient manner.

• Resolve issues and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Build rapport with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to secure new customers.

• Maintain excellent communication and follow-up throughout the customer service cycle.
