Responsibilities

Vehicle Registration

  • LTA Vehicle Registration
  • Prepare LTA Registration Fund
  • Purchase and Commissioning of OBU
  • Issue Vehicle Tax Invoice
  • Ordering Vehicle Plate
  • Verify Invoices and Payment

Transfer of Used Car

  • Verify and Transfer of Used Car Ownership
  • Issue Vehicle Tax Invoice
  • Updated Used Car Ownership Detail in System

COE Bidding

  • Prepare COE Bidding List
  • Participate on COE Bidding Submission
  • Upload successful Bided COE

New Car Orders

  • Issue Vehicle Purchase Order
  • Tag Vehicle Stock to Sales Order
  • Update Vehicle Stock Report

Shipment Arrival

  • Upload Vehicle Arrival
  • Submit Duty Payment Request to Customs
  • Update Duty Paid Date/OMV

Reporting & Others

  • Weekly Forecast/Sales Report
  • Communicate and Co-ordinate with IT on Improving Working Processes
  • Vehicle Stock Take
  • Ad-hoc Projects Assigned

Requirements:

  • A levels and above qualification with 3 years of administrative experience is preferred
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous, team player and good in computer skills
