Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore seeks a Sales Administrator to oversee the sales process, from enquiry to order delivery for key account customers. Overview
  • Location: Nearest MRT – Promenade / Esplanade
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday (Office Hours)
  • Salary: Up to $4,500 (based on experience)

Responsibilities

Sales Enquiry & Sample Management

  • Oversee the end-to-end process from sales enquiry to order delivery for key account customers.
  • Prepare and share product assortment presentations with key accounts in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to arrange, track, and manage product samples for customers.
  • Prepare sales quotations (Item Agreement), secure management approval, and send to customers.

Order Processing & Pricing Management

  • Review and verify purchase order details, including delivery schedules, quantities, pricing, and shipping information.
  • Monitor delivery progress and ensure timely order entry.

Quality Control & Packaging Coordination

  • Coordinate quality control testing for ordered products with suppliers, customers, and third-party testing partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams and suppliers to manage packaging graphics and ensure compliance with shipment requirements.

Cross-Functional Coordination & Other Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between sales, logistics, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Communicate with clients regarding product availability, delivery timelines, and order updates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales administration preferred
