• Processing new sales order leads (to have Customer’s Purchase Orders and Sales Team Quotation to create job number from Navision)
• Managing the correspondence between the sales team and the clients. Providing data and reports to help the sales team
• To monitor pending orders in system
• To provide complete delivery instruction via email to logistics team for delivery arrangement
• Assist sales managers to raise PR when they are not around
• Answering sales phone calls
• Filing documents, general office duties
• Ad-hoc duties as tasked

Requirements:

• 2 year(s) of working experience in marine industry
• Must be PC literate in Microsoft Office Application
