Job summary

A leading technology solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a Sales Support professional to enhance client engagement. In this role, you will manage customer inquiries, coordinate sales activities, and provide IT product information, ensuring an excellent customer experience. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of experience in sales support, preferably in the IT industry.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of sales support or admin experience in the IT industry preferred.
  • Good knowledge of IT products, services, and basic sales & marketing principles.
  • Familiar with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and handle calls, messages, orders, and pricing in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and purchase orders supporting the sales team.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for smooth processing and delivery.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of client engagement—driving sales activities, building trusted relationships, and delivering customized digital solutions spanning enterprise systems, IT infrastructure services, and business applications tailored to client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and handle calls, messages, orders, pricing, stock checks, and warranty issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, purchase orders, delivery details, and consignment updates, while supporting the sales team with lead generation, appointments, and pipeline tracking.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth processing, on-time delivery, and strong working relationships.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to provide accurate product information to clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in CRM systems.
  • Stay informed on product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers.
  • Check and receive stock, verify quantities, and keep accurate documentation and filing.
  • Support payment follow-ups, sales tracking, and assist with marketing events or promotions when needed.

Requirements
