Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-4 years experience in a support, coordination, or client service role; familiarity with insurance processes is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to multitask with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; customer-focused with good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare presentation decks for sales team usage for client engagement.
