Job summary

IAIP in Singapore is seeking a proactive client services coordinator to support the sales team in a high-net-worth insurance environment. You will prepare presentation decks, gather client information, and ensure timely, compliant processing of requests.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma in Business Admin/Finance/Marketing, 3–4 years in a support or client service role, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, plus excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in a support, coordination, or client service role. Familiarity with insurance application processes and terminology is a strong advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to multitask with minimal supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Help in organizing and executing client prospecting activities, including lead tracking and initial outreach.
• Support follow-up and meeting scheduling with prospective and existing clients and partners.
